DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secured your slot . To ensure the smooth operation of our salon, we kindly request that all cancellation be at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment in order to have your deposit transferred to your furure booking . A cancellation LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE your scheduled appointment will NOT be credited to any future booking.

LATE

A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed if your are late , if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited . This deposit will NOT be credited to any future booking.

BOOKING

Here at wigsbyshan we have beautiful,high-quality bundles available for purshase for all our babes but we are also willing to install your bundles if you desire.

– For clients re-using bundles,please ensure they are properly washed and dried, with all perviously thread remove if your bundles cut by another stylist please contact us via Whatsapp BEFORE you make your booking as pictures of the bundles will have to reviwed to confirm their suitability for re-installation.

– Sew-ins with minimal leave -out are only done on freshly washed and dried hair,free of all leave -in conditioners, moisturizers and oil. If you have products that you would like to be applied to your hair, please take it along to your appointment and i will apply it for you.

– Here at Wigsbyshan we take pride in giving you the most flawless installation with prefect colour- matching for our clients doing styles that have a part of their natural hair exposed,such as sew-ins with leave-out, frontal ponytail, u-part wigs .Therefore your natural hair colour and colour of the bundles , frontal or u-part wig that you will be installing will need to match. For all colour services (your natural hair/bundles/frontal/wigs) please contact us via Whatsapp BEFORE your make your booking.

– All wigs,cloures, frontals and bundles that need to be coloured or customized should be left at the salon MINIMUM OF FOUR (4)BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE your scheduled appointment . The day of drop-off, the day of the appointment. Sundays and Mondays are NOT Included. Wigs, closure, frontals and bundles that doesn’t drop off at the salon within the 3business day before your scheduled appointment will be an additional cost of $4000 For express fee.

– Style take-down and style (re)installation CANNOT be facilitated on the same day.

– All add-ins should be selected when booking for your scheduled appointment.
If,Not sure what add-ins you will need please contact us before booking your appointment. No add-ins will be facilitate on the day of your appointment if it wasn’t booked in your scheduled appointment.

– Straight bundles installation included flat iron and bodywave bundles installation included barrel curls any additional styling would be an additional cost by lenght of bundles.

-All installation appointment wil take At LEAST FOUR (4) HOURS. Please bare this in mind if you have any other appointments or engagement scheduled on the same day of Wigsbyshan appointment.
